These terms govern the supply of leads by LeadCentre (operated by iLeads Ltd, "we", "us") to partner trade businesses ("you"). By opening a partner account or buying leads you agree to them.
1. The service
We operate local home-services websites that generate enquiries from homeowners ("leads"). Each website is assigned to one partner at a time. Every lead a website generates while you are its partner is delivered to you exclusively - we do not share or resell leads.
2. What counts as a billable lead
- A quote-form enquiry containing the customer's contact details, delivered to you by email, SMS, WhatsApp and/or the partner portal; or
- A phone call to the website's tracked number that is answered and lasts 60 seconds or longer. Calls are recorded, and the recording is available to you on the lead page.
Repeat enquiries from the same phone number on the same website within 14 days are flagged as duplicates and are not charged. Leads we identify as spam are not charged, and are credited if they had been.
3. Prices and payment
- Each website has a fixed price per lead, agreed with you before you start and shown in your portal. Prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT is applied to wallet top-ups at the prevailing UK rate.
- The service is prepaid: you top up a wallet balance and each delivered lead is debited at the agreed price. Top-ups can be made manually or by optional automatic top-up using your saved card.
- If your balance cannot cover a lead, the lead is held for you and released when you top up. Held leads may be reassigned if not funded within a reasonable time.
- We may change a website's lead price with reasonable notice. Changes never apply retrospectively.
4. Disputes and credits
You can dispute a lead within 7 days of delivery from the lead page in your portal, for these reasons: invalid number, duplicate, outside your area, or not a genuine enquiry. We review each dispute (using the call recording where relevant) and approved disputes are credited back to your balance in full. Disputes are about lead quality, not job outcome - a genuine enquiry that does not turn into a job is still a billable lead.
5. Your responsibilities
- Contact leads promptly and professionally, and only about their enquiry.
- Hold the qualifications, certifications and insurance required for your trade (for example Gas Safe registration where applicable).
- Handle customers' personal data lawfully and only for the purpose of their enquiry.
6. No contract lock-in
There is no minimum term, subscription or exit fee. You can pause or close your account at any time from the portal or by contacting us. On account closure, any unused prepaid balance is refundable on request to your original payment method.
7. Our commitments and limits
- We work to deliver genuine, exclusive enquiries quickly, but we do not guarantee any particular volume of leads or any job outcome.
- We may suspend or end a partnership for non-payment, misuse of leads or customer data, or conduct that damages the service's reputation.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for leads in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General
We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use of the service after changes take effect is acceptance of them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Contact us.
